You can ask for a seat transfer when you renew but they get sorted after all the renewals are processed then they'll see if your choice of seat is available. Drumloyal 14,924 Posted March 18, 2017 Share Posted March 18, 2017 Moves are only sorted after renewals are complete. I have moved every 5-6 years since the mid 80s.
