It's strange timing especially as the investigations are still open so maybe they can only report on past convictions but will mention allegations.

wonder if Lawwell finally pissed off the wrong people with his comments yesterday, the BBC may be bastards but they are still afraid of the political powers that could effectively shut them down by denying them licence fees etc, Lawwells wee rant the other day might well have pissed off one too many higher ups

Not exactly what they said. They can't find any trace of a complaint, which is quite different. Given the passage of time that is not unusual.

They will have thought of their TACT on dealing with this . Now they will have approached BBC and told them to run with this
