RANGERS can today confirm the appointment of Greg Marshall as Supporters Liaison Officer.

The Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) will represent the interests of both the Club and supporters by building strong and harmonious relationships between the fans and relevant stakeholders through continual inclusion, dialogue and feedback with all parties.

The SLO will be an important presence at home, away and European matches and will promote fan engagement and diversity.

He will also be the main point of contact for individual supporters and supporters’ clubs throughout the Rangers fan base worldwide.

Rangers managing director Stewart Robertson said: “We are delighted to welcome Greg to the Club to take up this important role within the business.

“We are always looking to improve relations with our supporters and with our supporters’ clubs and this role will help to strengthen the bond between the fans and the Club.”

Greg will take up his position in the middle of April and everyone looks forward to welcoming him to the Club.

I know I posted his announcement in the other thread, but hope the guy does well.

Guessing he will have some online presence for engagement, but should be careful as I imagine there will be plenty hoping to see him fail.
