This is also setting a very dangerous precedent and a huge can of worms, It not only puts doubt into referee's minds now in a similar situation and adds even more pressure to them. The referee's decision is final, But now we find that is now being taken away from them, You can fully understand in the instance of a referee who makes a bad mistake, But when a referee gets a decision correct and then finds a three man panel has overturned it and made him look stupid by doing so. Referee's are slaughtered for making mistakes, But this referee has made the correct decision and then been told he was wrong. We have also seen the pressure increased in the last week by a Celtc manager and an ex Celtc manager towards referees and a Celtc player claiming Halliday's tackle was a red card and followed today by Rodgers claiming Halliday could have broken Roberts leg, This needs to be tackled and stopped. Referees are not allowed to say anything about managers and players,So why are managers and players allowed to say what they want about referees. The SFA also said Browns appeal couldn't be heard because of holidays and wasn't part of the working week, Even though Regan himself said Saturday was part of the working week. The SFA's hours of business are 8am-5pm.  This then begs the question as to why then did they hear Lennons appeal at Hampden at 7.00pm when that is outwith their business hours. Where also is Lennons other charge for his comments on radio and in the media of accusing a referee in the game against Morton of being "Pro Morton".. Three weeks later and still hasn't been a peep about it from the compliance officer. Jim Duffy never been in trouble as a manager and given a two match ban.. Lennon has a list the length of his arm and a history with referees and gets the same ban as a man who's never had an issue. Scottish football is absolutely stinking of corruption.
