Too many memories of Green, McCoist, Ian Black, Sandaza and Kevin Kyle et al with Puma and kit falling apart etc etc. Need a clean break. Something befitting a club of our stature. Puma must have thousands of them sitting in warehouses, and it really doesn't help our negotiating power when trying to look for a new kit manufacturer. Might be a big name worldwide, but if our kits and merchandise isn't being sold why would anyone want to pay to make them? This boycott could be doing a lot of damage to our brand in the future, but until it gets sorted there isn't really any other alternative for most.
