Pretty sure it's the two Thursdays - 29th and 6th. Can't see it being wed and mon as suggested. Think there's been a fuck up on this UEFA website.

Think its more likely to be the Thursday & the Tuesday. I think the dates on the website are a day out.

Just been told 4th of july, or the players are flying over a few days early for a party.

So just reading the last few pages on the thread, the match is either...

Thursday 29th & 6th

Wednesday 28th & Monday 3rd

Thursday 29th & Tuesday 4th

Basically nocunt has a clue and we'll need to hang fire

Why?

Make the draw, games should be played the day it was scheduled for, wait 24 hrs, when many fans will already have booked flights etc. , holidays from work, then change it.

And, they still don't know the kick off time

Setting for this famous game 28 years ago, featuring a MoJo opener and a Richard Gough double including a winner 6 minutes into injury time...

Hopefully there'll be a day when we have that kind of influence on the national team again...

We were allowed to watch the first half in school.  :)

Happy days. Wouldn't be allowed nowadays; not in a proddy school anyway, if folk on here are to be believed.

PS - Ian Ferguson was playing that day too.

PPS - That rugby strip was honking. Also known as the 'Costa Rica Diamond Dogs This Ain't Rock N Roll This Is Genocide in Genoa Strip.'

That's a shambles.

Bit shit if people have booked up for Wednesday onwards, but this was always possible as shown in previous years. Predicted those dates last night.

They still don't even have a kickoff time for the away leg...

Not having a kick off time is a weird one, especially on a Tuesday fs...

What else is happening on a Tuesday afternoon in Luxemburg....

Why were people booking up when they clearly said it was likely to change?

I think the main problem is the draw date being so close to the actual fixtures but anyone thats lost out due to booking flights on the Weds/Thurs have nobody to blame but themselves.

The Stade Josy Barthel (National Stadium of Luxembourg) will then host the second leg on Tuesday, July 4 with a kick-off time still to be confirmed.  UEFA have intimated that the kick-off will be prior to 1800hrs (CET) and this will be confirmed by Friday at the latest.

People try do it earlier because it's cheaper.

It should 100% have been the Thursday.

Should be a skoosh into the 3rd round and then most likely curtains, unfortunately.

2nd round certainly wont be a skoosh. Have won games against Zenit, Anderlecht and Partizan in recent years.
