Davhow 91
Didn't win a single challenge tonight except one midway through second half when he tripped and fell into the ball. Lost every header he went for. Gave the ball away so many times I lost count. UselessĀ

I doubt Pedro would want Windass or Toral in his lineup if he had other options. Hopefully neither are even on the bench at the weekend.Ā Is Forrester not an option? plymouthranger 3,872
He's not a centre mid, he's someone who plays off the front line behind the strikers.Ā Problem is, he's not good or clever enough to be a creative player, defensively he's shite, and we have players like McKay who would be better suited to the position. He's an impact sub at best, but if we got offered 250-500k i'd take it and run

Windass lacks good influences around him in midfield. He has talent, but it is clearly evident that he doesn't have a great deal of know how when he gets into good positions.Ā

Ā My point is that we need better players of the type we used to have if we are going to see the full potential of players like McKay and Windass, and even Barjonas. We need players of real quality in this team. BTW, I don't think Davis was poor when he first came; I'm sure he made his debut at Tynecastle and it was very evident he was a bit special right away.
