Betting systems ?

Recommended Posts

Every so often I come up with a new "System" for picking horses. Obviously they seldom work long term.

I always think the next one is the one that's going to get me a fortune and as I'm feeling confident about my latest so called "system" I thought I'd post the horses on here. All each way

3.45 Bint Dandy

4.20 Love me Again

5.25 Comanche

2.45 Lexington Place

3.35 Hard Toffee

5.50 Bernardo O'Reilly

None really fancied to win, but hopefull for a few places

Nice one picking out Bernardo O'Reilly mate. Wasn't on it but impressive win by 6L in a 7f Maiden at 18s!

Wits yer system lol

Obviously not a good one as it took an 18-1 shot to get me out of the shit:lol:

Might give it another go tomorrow.

No "system" today. But I fancy a couple of 33-1 shots.

Dragon Mall 3.05

Brando 4.35.

50p ew 2 singles and a double could return over £600. And if they turn out to be donkeys it's only £3 down the drain. An acceptable risk in my opinion

I backed Brando ew at 40s m8, fir me it stuck out like a sore thumb for a place, it had previous good Sprint form, granted this season not so good but with only 10 runners in the race it as a great bet.

Place betting lads. Place betting is a 100% money maker. Bookies fuckin hate it.  If your not place betting, your doing it wrong.

Couldn't imagine putting a horse on to lose, and doubling my stake at that.

I'm with gazza there mate. I honestly think it's the best way for betting. We or place betting. Place betting you can just bet a straight 10 on it to place. If it wins it's a cunt but aye it's a good way to bet.

Think I'm tripping, how does one go about placing a place only bet, can't see anything online, can it only be done in a shop?

Why would you want to back a horse to lose?

Anyway it can be done on the Tote, which is BetFred if you're online and not at a race course.

A few other online bookies offer place only prices as well. Paddy Power and Ladbrokes do it I think.
