Mccoist was schooled by Walter and knew the score. Took control of cup games while Walter was a manger and did a damn good job. May have found himself lost when he became manager but then no manager in our history has had the restraints out on him like Ally had.

I'm gonnae surprise and say le guen...this guy came with a reputation but never understood the scottish game...yes recent managers have been a let down but le guen brought inferior players to our club when we were still competing with the tims......walter came back and transformed the squad, Pedro is a dud the same as Warburton and mccoist but le guen totally didn't get Rangers

McCoist struggled to set up teams against part-timers when he had top league players, so definitely the worst manager I've ever seen.

Ally McCoist.  He should've changed the philosophy of the entire club when we started out in Division 3.  He didn't even try and that's something I'll never forgive him for.  We're style paying the price for his incompetence and ineptitude now.

McCoist told us football can't be played in the lower leagues despite part-timers coming to Ibrox and consistently proving him wrong.  We were a long ball team for the most part which was fucking ridiculous as we had three years to develop a playstyle before even reaching the top-tier again.  Rather than signing young players we could develop and move up the leagues with us he bought short-term fixes like Jon Daly, Kevin Kyle, Ian Black.   

Failure to earn promotion from the Championship was the biggest fuck-up this club has ever witnessed.  Our wage bill was a rumoured 7m/year and we had been building a team for over 2 years.  Hearts walked all over the top of us and we had to spend an extra year in the wilderness.  Ally even had 3 cracks at the Petrofac Cup and couldn't win it. 

He then had the nerve to demand full pay whilst on gardening leave up until the Christmas when we were finally able to get rid of him.  Would any other team ever want him as manager?  No, he's a fucking clown.

McCoist because at no time during his tenure was watching his teams enjoyable.He started from scratch and had the opportunity to build something great utilising youth and experience.Went out and filled the team with no mark journeymen.Made us a complete embarrassment.
