Delighted for Penà Big Suprise with McCrorie he looks a fairly solid player (Better than Bates and A.wilson) Feel we got lucky with the 4th sub extra time rule. Big Herrera done well coming on. As usual need to work on our composure at both ends, scoring and keeping a clean sheet needs to be the focus. Onwards to the Semi final. Good character building for them to dig that out in Extra Time. There was a real increase in tempo in ET which I feared would be non existent. Players looked spent in 90th minute. We discovered Herrera is an option for Saturday. He impressed when coming on. Caixinha' subs worked very well indeed, particularly Macrorie. We should have and could have had that finished in the 90. Two 1v1s with the Partick keeper and we fluffed both. There will still be those baying for blood but I maintain a result like that will be good for our squad. Loving the togetherness they show. Don't rate Cardosa at all, Windass is pish. Should never have went to ET, but can't blame the Manager on Windass, and Candeias missing open goals. Why is it when we get the first goal it changes how we play? It's like we think at 1-0 the game's won and we can manage the opposition. Our defence isn't good enough for that.
