We could potentially see ourselves into the bottom six without a maximum of 6 points. If the board don't let Pedro go if that happens then I can see protests at the gates. He should have been released today and immediate arrangements to speak with McInnes who has a team sitting 5 points off the scum with a game in hand and less than half of our budget. Not convinced he would take the job without the promise of decent investment. He's got a cushy number at Aberdeen, investors with a bit of money behind the scenes, possible new stadium and training complex on the way and no real pressure to acheive anything, where finushing in 2nd place, either distant or close is deemed a successful season. With our current board in place and all the shite thats gone on behind the scenes, our managers job is in danger of becoming something of a poisoned chalice. If he wouldn't take Rangers over Aberdeen then he has no ambition and we'd be well right to steer clear after that.

BUT when he eventually moves on (before next season, I reckon) they have a major headache on their hands replacing him. Also their investment behind the scenes is nowhere near what we would be expecting to function with. As soon as they have finished 3/4th a few times, the investors aren't going to keep throwing their money away.
