Players out on loan

Can’t believe anyone would want any of them back.

Dodoo maybe at a stretch, but the rest are either utter shite or hate Rangers.

Can’t wait to see the back of them permenantly.

Feel a bit sorry for Halliday, might do a job as a squad utility man - but never a CM for us.

Rangers are paying MOH £7k/week to play for St.Johnstone and by all accounts he's enjoying his football there.  We should pull the rug from under him and bring MOH back with the clear understanding he'll be doing 6am training sessions everyday, working with the youth players, and be nowhere near an actual football field for the next three years.  If that doesn't appeal to him he can take a payoff which would be best for both parties.

Unless someone buys him he'll be back here anyway.  Are we really going to pay this guy to play for St.Johnstone until 2020?  He needs forced out.

Then he could sue us. Best we can hope for is he makes himself noticed by playing well for St Johnstone then hopefully some team somewhere puts in a bid for him.

He can't sue Rangers for making him train at 6am and working with the youth players.  This is exactly what Rangers did to Joey Barton to force him out the door and he held in a sick note saying he was under stress.  We've done it before with a few players.

There's a very valid argument for constructive dismissal.

Why the fuck would you smell the hotdog?

See the amount of people who don't know this.

Archie Knox used to say it before big games to Gazza, it's on his DVD. He said it was what he looked forward to before big games Archie telling him to smell the hotdogs.

Fk knows why but it always stuck with me.

None of them are good enough that can be seen from their performances at their loan clubs . Unfortunately we are lumbered with them till someone comes in for them or their contract ends . I thought we did well to get rid of a lot of the players last close season

"If your employer has done something that seriously breaches your contract, you might be able to resign and make a claim to an employment tribunal. This is called constructive dismissal.  To be successful you'll need to prove your employer seriously breached your contract and that you resigned in response to it."

How does ordering MOH to train with the youth players constitutes a breach of contract?

No human being should be treated in such a way.

I don’t get why we’d send him to train with the youths rather than just let him go, am I missing something?

Rangers have a contractual agreement to pay MOH £8k/week until the summer of 2020.  We can't just "let him go".  The player will need to agree to a payoff or someone else will need to buy it out.

Or we can sell him at a cut price which is most likely to happen.

It would essentially be bullying for a start. And let's not kid ourselves, that's exactly what's been suggested here.

If we sell hit at a cut price, we'll still end up paying him for the duration of his contract. We might only end up paying £4k a week rather than £8k, but basically unless someone pays him more we'll be footing the bill

I don’t know if it would be as difficult as some make out, I don’t think he’d dig his heels in if he knew he wasn’t gonna get game time under the new manager and even think he might have something to offer under Mcinnes if we get him.
