To be fair, I would be one of them too. To me he just negatively affects the team. Instead of using his experience to positively encourage our younger players. He makes just as many mistakes and dishes out some verbal diarrhoea as to why his cross/shot/shite today towards the corner flag was some cunts elses fault.
