jjbscotty12 3,560
I know his contract is up in the summer, would you give him a new deal ?
Tenerife Bear 1,748
Absolutely. 100%.
MasterD 7,435
No. He’s ok as a back-up but we’re going to need to get players out again to make way for more coming in and guys out of contract are the easiest to get rid of rather than hoping we can sell anyone or paying players off. Gaffbear 4,096
Yes as he's Good back up...not my first choice at CB unless 3 at the back with Ross and Bruno.
left winger 14,105
Yip.
five stars 1,635
Yes. Easy decision as long as his wage demands are reasonable.
TMB 14,167
Cardoso is already contracted for next season. McCrorie is showing a lot of potential. If we can get Alves and Wilson off the books it might open up the door for someone else to come in. It really all depends on what the new manager wants. Courtyard Bear 41,357
Yes, simply because McCrorie should never play in defence again
OneDavidCooper 2,505
Yes. Good defender and under appreciated. I'd get rid of Cardoso and Alves well before Danny Wilson.
SeparateEntityMyArse 53,613
How much is he on, how much would a new contract cost, who else is available, how much would they cost? Could we get someone as good/better but cheaper, less injury prone and with potentially better value to sell on down the line? That's what's important to those making decisions on Wilson. gsa 3,906
No. He's not good enough. Too weak, slow and casual. A couple of decent games recently but he's generally been poor in this spell with us.
CM 1234 68
Only if we can reduce his wages. Boy gives u a decent game every so often. Wouldn’t be against having him as back up but not on the reported 8k a week.
SPWF 8,208
100%. He’s a good player and criminally underrated. All because he allegedly grew up a c****c fan.

If you're not at the wind up, then that's the same baseless argument as those who state abuse and criticism of Miller is only due to him having played for them. Lazy defence / argument for justified criticisms.
Malkytfp1 18,579
Yes for me. Think he is a better defender when he plays with good defenders like his first stint with Davie Weir. He looked vulnerable when he was paired with the likes of Kiernan. Also reading McCrories interview the other day where Wilson sat him down before the old firm game and helped him gave me more respect for him. As far as being a tarrier, he turned down going on loan to them from Liverpool because he said he wouldnt do that to Rangers.
jackrfc95 4,255
I would he's good to have as a squad player. That and almost every interview McCrorie does he mentions Wilson being the one that helps and talks to him the most.

sassaaaa 11,406
Has a couple of good games and all of a sudden he's a superstar. He's a game away from his next fuck up , and if we can get better we should . The rest of the defence are just as bad.

PRW. 5,631
Yes, no doubt about it. Even if you don’t rate him, we should be getting a fee if we’re wanting rid of him.

Creampuff 22,628
Probably. Realistically he’s good enough to be the third choice CB.
Leeds_Bear 8,102
It's a no from me. People have far too short memories. People calling for him to have a new deal are probably the same ones who think Murty should be manager - he's played well in three games out of the last six. If he accepts a reduced wage then we should maybe consider him as a back up.
