kenny6131 148
Today's performance tells me we do have a team if we get the right manager in were not so far away
Nezzyyy 36
We say this after every good result and still get the same old shit served up the following weeks. Don't get your hopes up.
MikeBlue 136
Bit unfair to assume that the current manager wasn't a major component of today's performance
kanjo 26,327
We do have a decent team, but we lack quality subs and a leader on the park. If we can rectify both problems then I'd hope our inconsistency would be less common.
Laudrup1984 25,100
It's the hope that kills you. Previously we could beat diddy teams but would fail against our tougher opponents. Now, we are producing big performances in big games but struggling against lesser teams. There's defo players there to work with. They have set the benchmark. They have shown what they can do. They must maintain, and then improve on this level. We now need reinforcements. We need bodies, and we need quality bodies this window. We're short in that department right now. Over to the board................
MasterD 7,435
A team that will give a performance and result now and again. A team that won’t ever have the consistency to put up a proper challenge over a season. Let’s not get carried away as usual after a result. Its clear over both reigns that the players put in the effort for him and, a few ropey and unacceptable results aside, Murty has done ok. I wonder where we would be if we hadn't lost to Hamilton, to Dundee etc... the games we should be winning. 2 or 3 signings in January with reasonable quality through the removal of some high wages (Kranjcar, Pena, Herrera and possibly Alves) and things could be looking up. danger ranger 922
No there isn’t, we need quality full stop.
J-Maestro 11,026
We do have a team but it's absolutely missing some real quality players. All we've got is a supporting cast and that doesn't work often.
james_85 656
There is a team there but only when everyone gives 100%. if you look back at the results we have been getting we go on a run of 2 or 3 performances and then it is as if they then feel that they just need to turn up and we then get a shite performance. The Specky Forum Organiser 64,470
We have a team with a bit of pace and energy but very little quality It's fine in games that will be battles but we need some genuine quality going forward if we are going to get anywhere
gers31 246
They played great today and so close to January window opening could be a few bids in tomorrow for Tav and Fod
JukeBoxJohn 3,060
Aye, when they learn to break down the shite teams in this league we can maybe start to think that. Find some consistency and build from there.
gers31 246
By far there best performance but they are so inconsistant they need to keep that up every game
KingKirk 25,605
Application is what kills us hopefully today lets us kick on and shows that when everyone does it we have a decent team
magic8ball 27,901
there is the basis of a good team.for me though there is a lack of quality in the final 3rd to hurt teams that sit in and possibly a mentality issue against the smaller sides too it's a young team though too.with our youth system actually doing what's it's meant to do .Mcrorie and Bates were immense today and I'm sure there are a few others capable of making the step up to first team over the next year or
gsa 3,906
I love it to be the case but sadly there isn't. Nowhere near it. What there was was a group of playgoers who finally showed some bottle and pride. That was very welcome but let's not delude ourselves into thinking this is anything clise to a Rangers team. Bluenose1986 703
This group of players really, really needs to have a good look at themselves. There is no good reason that they can't apply themselves like they did in the second half week on week (let's be honest we rode our luck big time first half). If they can sort out their attitude and workrate then yeah, maybe we would be closer to where we should be.

Ibroxric72 199
As had been said plenty times before we need a better midfield, some are far too lightweight and don’t win the personal battles. I honestly feel if we had some REAL steel in there we’d hardly lose a game. Really hope we strengthen here.
loyalfollower 1,543
This team turn up when they can be arsed which is nowhere good enough. Good point, should’ve won although ball bag windass lost his man near the end when boyata sent him through. Makes you all the more angry at the utter shite this team have served up since November
