He should have scored today and his final pass/decision is sometimes suspect however I thought he merited a thread.

He is a one man front line who never hides, creates chances from nothing and gives everything always. Build the team around this guy. He is what I want from a Ger and he deserves wearing the badge.

Should have had at least 3 goals today. Misses far too many easy chances and fails to hit the target at all so often too. Also has a habit of making the wrong decision which should improve with experience. Hard to argue against his goal return though. Would love him to have a quality partner up next to him. Can't fault his effort either.

Agreed,  he is only 21 right?  plenty of time to iron out those flaws.

He's excellent. His continual harrassing of their back line contributed a lot to our performance today. He never let them settle and that baldy lego munchin cretin that plays for them didnt appreciate Morelos nipping at his heels.

He shouldve scored and also shouldve squared the ball one time instead of going for a shot but he'd be first name in my lineup EVERY game

McCoist made a good point last Saturday about Morelos not being a natural finisher and he needs to work on that but his goal scoring record is decent and he makes himself an absolute fucking nuisance to play against every week.

Manage him correctly and I can only see the guy improve.

He missed some absolute shockers today but I can’t even get annoyed at him. He runs himself into the ground week in week out. Puts his body on the line for the cause. You can’t argue with that.

He has the potential to be a superstar - we need to give him more support around him.

He needs to improve massively! Misses far too many chances & needs to offload when players are in better positions!

However, his work rate is good & despite the chances he’s missed & poor decision making he’s still the top scorer in the league! A player we should be valuing using the dembele dollars & get a good return on him!

Rangers should celebrate our Columbian bear while we have him. Our strikers work of scraps and he is rightfully the spfl top goalscorer !  He lives our club ! Fight the fenian inspired media negativity. Let him know we absolutely love him or go and support some other team . We are the Fuckin Rangers!

Agreed. There have been many occasions where he has a simple square pass or cut back, or he could just retain the ball a little longer however he just decides to shoot. As you say though he is very young, and he has so much to learn, and I think he will. It's about finding the right balance. Over recent years, we've had players and strikers who seem scared to shoot at times so it's good to have someone you know will give you a chance, and have a dig now and again. However, it's about awareness and knowing when to shoot and when to play someone else in.

He is an absolute nuisance, he's physical, strong, pacy and he gets into some really great positions. It's gutting we didn't win today but it is pleasing to see how often he gets into great positions, and doesn't go into hiding. For one so young he seems to be a pretty strong character.

When he arrived it's probably fair to say he was around 3rd choice. He probably shouldn't have played as often as he has. He looked really fatigued a few times but circumstances have forced our hand to an extent, in addition to what he brings off the ball and some of his performances. A good wee break will hopefully revitalise and refresh him, and hopefully we bring in some support for him during the window too.
