I like Mark and don’t have any ill feeling towards him. However for the sake of his own career, he needs to go and shadow someone like Pulis, Warnock etc to understand that there’s more than one way to win a game of football.

Even if he actually taught his side how to defend set pieces, and encouraged his players to cross the ball rather than aimlessly move it inside, he’d be a much better manager. Sadly he won’t change
