It's not knowledge or know how you can buy. It doesn't come with a transfer package for players. It doesn't materialise just by new players waving a scarf above their head when they sign on at Rangers. It can be instilled under the right guidance. Jimmy Nicholl knows the score at Rangers. I hope he can do a first rate job as asst Manager and give the squad the benefit of his undoubted experience of playing for Rangers. Welcome.
