Your Christmas cheque this year was spent on lots of Christmas decorations and special ornaments to enhance the residents Christmas experience. We held some money back to hit the garden centre sales so we have loads of beautiful and unusual decorations for next year. My particular favourite is the donkey and penguin. We could never justify spending money on this type of thing so a huge thank you goes your way for enabling us to create an extra special Christmas experience for our guys.

Unlike Erskine with their own department budgets, we can justify whatever the fuck we want, or more importantly, whatever the fuck the Residents want, (just as long as it ain't green)

Yeah it hurt to do that. 

But after the November Fundraiser, the focus for a wee while at least is on actually spending that huge amount of dosh we collected.  Once that starts running low, you'll know.
