Ok then.

If the FA think that black/asian managers are not getting the tops jobs they must look at the wider problem of why isn't there many black/asian managers in this country. Is it that black/asian's don't want to go into manager/coaching or is it that they are, but not getting any jobs.

Having this rule in place for the England jobs wont help anything, if anything make it a rule for the club teams. But, i think, finding out what the actually problem is and fixing it at the root levels of football would be a better idea.

Probably find that while top level football is fair and level when it comes to race, you might find that grassroots level, where everyone effectively starts out, still has a problem race wise in certain parts of the uk, hence the lack of managers in top level game

Tiger woods is black and Asian....he'd be perfect for the PC brigade obviously when he's not playing golf .... or shagging wee dirties....you would think with the amount of black players at the highest level they would've more of them moving into management .... they are either not good enuff or simply not interested in doing it fuck all to do with what they look like... not enuff dwarfs getting managerial jobs for me that's the real issue ....
