Doubt anyone actually hates him. They might hate his shit performances though. He does have it in him to play well and score goals though like we saw today. He needs to do it more often, and even if he isn't playing well make it look like he's giving 100%. Sometimes he seems to wander around lost.

He set the European record for hardest header of a ball off a crossbar yesterday.

Windows should be player up front where he's athleticism would cause teams issues and his inconsistency would cause the least amount of damage

Disagree. I think he's very dangerous using is pace to come from midfield and into the space either behind the midfield or behind the defence. His header off the bar yesterday, his goal against Aberdeen etc

Deserves his say, but it’s clear he lives in his own wee bubble.

I actually agree that he thinks he's better than he is but i still don't think people should be expecting him to say nothing when they give him abuse on Twitter.

I agree, but he would thought a whole lot better of if he held his hands up and admitted out with his goals he is like a man down for a lot of games.

That's not directly to him, whereas Twitter is, and if he has an iota of sense then he will not go near fans forums.

I think a lot of the stick Windass gets is over the  top. If you're going to give any player stick there's plenty more players ahead of Windass in the queue who are more deserving IMO. Regardless, I think your point is correct. IMO there is a massive difference in fans airing their displeasure on a forum like this, getting out all their anger and frustrations. I don't always agree with it and think some can cross the line at times but I can understand where some are coming from.

That said, and whilst players are big enough and ugly enough to look after themselves directly tweeting a Rangers player IMO is a pretty taigy thing to do. It's a poor effort. It just doesn't help anyone........

and if fans had an iota of sense they would give their opinion without stooping to personal abuse

Nothing wrong with him saying that if he thinks it's true but if he genuinely believes that then it sums him up, attitude isn't all about 'work rate'

Don't care how much ability he has, he'll never be a part of a successful Rangers team
