loyalfollower 1,543
Too early to tell.. looks ok, good with the ball at his feet but he needs a run of 10-12 games before we see his real talent
Moody Blue Legend 61,461
Good player who’ll show his worth when he gets back playing regularly.  Good work rate and although it was just Ayr yesterday, you could see how much playing for us means to him when he scored. McEwan's Lager 30,522
I've been impressed with how he takes players on and works hard. I've been really disappointed in his final product. He cuts inside too much in my opinion - against Hibs it became very predictable - and he either overhits the cross or aimlessly dribbles parallel against the edge of the box. When he does take it on his left foot he nearly always goes to the line and has no power in his left to get a proper cross in. Would like to see him on the right, but Candeias has been playing well there too.
gsa 3,906
Didn't know much about him before he came and still don't! Hard to say what sort of attacker he seems to be? Doesn't appear to be that quick, crossing and shooting not great (so far) and not that skilful. That being said I've seen moments of intelligence and awareness. Hopefully in time we'l see more. We desperately need he and Dorrans to be big players next season.
WCPRANGERS1 2,997
Really good finish and his cutback for Morelos was excellent. Hopefully two good moments that will ease the pressure on him. Think maybe the first few games he's placed huge expectations on himself and his relief/delight when scoring was there for all to see.

Its not a lot of money in football today. Boy has done well for me. Always willing to take on defenders and gets in good positions. Also does good defensive work. Could work on his delivery. But so far so good. Expect a player to be able to hit a corner into the penalty area instead of off the first man or behind the last. Same for all his crosses. To be able to hit the ball at all with his left foot since he plays on the left. Candieas, Tav, Windass, Morelos, were all £1m and some much less. All a lot better than him. That said, hasn’t exactly been spectacular for £1m+ signing (potentially). What’s the thoughts so far? Must admit I expected him to be better technically. Thought he’d offer much more. Seems to really struggle on his left foot, and when cutting in on the right his shooting hasn’t been great either. Seems a quiet nervous type of guy who’s a bit low on confidence. Still time though. Pretty much everything you said but would add in can't take corners worth a fuck.

the old guard 2,323
He's used to playing for a team that sits in and plays on the break, he'll adjust to our way of playing and will get better game by game, can already see he is getting fitter and will be an asset.
Redwhiteandblue 3,330
I only remember him from his days at Motherwell, where I thought he was a decent player who took on his man and had an end product. Seems to have lost that.
CoopsLaud 4,186
Really like the look of him so far Said already I would like to see him on the left ahead of a fully fit and in form wallace. Think that would bring a proper cutting edge again to our left.

Keep it up Jamie .... This. I'm impressed with his over all play........ the final ball will come as his fitness improves. Â Possibly the most skilful player at the club atm. Â I actually think he will become a big fans favourite given time.

Ivybank 4,580
Ffs motm in the second half constantly went by the full back, set up the windass goal,Morelos goal and scored a cracker wtf do people want from a player?
Prso's headband 35,428
Beating the first man with a cross seems to be a problem we’ve had for years. Another thing a can’t stand is players not looking up when they cross a ball. Infuriating from a professional footballer
The Beast 9,211
Can't cross worth a fuck, can't beat a man on the outside. A right footed left winger is a one trick pony. But because he's a Rangers fan and tries hard some will make him out to be some kind of superstar.
siddiqi_drinker 14,635
Bit like Russel Martin, completely underwhelmed so far, but happy to give him lots more time to adapt, early days.

The Gers 198
Pass marks for me so far, he will lose the nerves and gain full match fitness and fire us to 55 come May. Gonna be a crucial player for us when it all clicks.
Cedrick 8,048
Couple of good things yesterday apart from that not been impressed at all , glad we’ve not dived in and can just say thanks but no thanks if he doesn’t improve by the end of the season
