Morelos cost us today.

Needless caught offside and then they went up the other end and scored, missed a great chance at 2-2 and they went up the other end and scored and then missed that sitter right at the end.

Other people didn’t play well today, but if we are blaming one player, it’s him who deserves the finger pointed at him.

Spot on.

We are shite. Taigs were there for the taking, go down to ten men and we still can't fucking beat them, even at our own ground. Murty is not the answer. They had a fucking Dundee goalie and a player just back from injury in defence ffs.

One word sums it up for me.  Naivety.  We go 2-1 up and then stop pressing, sit back and hope to see out 60 minutes.   Then they have a man sent off and we have no idea how to capitalise.  Murty's done well for us but his lack of experience transferred to the players today.

Same place we were before the game lets be fair.

Have to laugh though at posters making out murty was outthought by the tranny shagger  He's outspent not outthought. That was a heavy strong bench they had.

We had a bench with a goalscorer and midfielder yet didn't make a change till 75 minutes.

Our manager fucked it

Right load of wallopers on here. If Morelos scores at 2-2 we probably win, if he scores at 2-3 we draw. Murty can't influence that and it's not his fault his first choice centre backs were injured.

An angry protestant who has more pride and guts than half that team out there.

But it's cool as Windass will get his goal bonus for turning up for 12 minutes and Alves can post jokes in Portuguese to Cardosso about fucking it again.

Time the board actually do something of note and go out and nail down a manager who can get us challenging and beating them, enough fucking about with daft projects.

Who do you suggest?

He wasn't offside though, was level with the player when i saw the replay.

Also, Morelos. I'm usually a fan, but I'd seriously consider selling him for that miss alone.

Not just that miss but he costs us 2 points at the piggery with another one on one sitter.

You k ow when you see him charging to goal one on one he is going to fuck it  up just like when the ball bounces out and the goal is gaping yet somehow he manages to fuck it up. It's criminal

For all the talk of us spending millions on Goss he was fucking rank rotten the day, if QPR were watching they'll let us keep him

Bruno Alves isn't good enough for us, it's that simple. Don't give a fuck about his 94 caps or whatever the fuck it is, the highlight of his Rangers career is winning lots of headers against St Johnstone one time. Ffs.

That ended the Murty debate for me today, we need a proper manager in. Throwing away two leads then losing to ten men at Ibrox is not good enough and never will be.

Goss is a fantastic football player and, in the right games, he'll absolutely pull the strings and work effectively next to a more dynamic foil like Docherty. The oversight was playing him in this game - which was always going to be quick, physical, and high-octane - because he requires time to work effectively. You can see why he's drawn comparisons to Carrick for that reason or, to use an example that's closer to home, he's even a bit like Hemdani. Players like that can dominate games (e.g. in Europe) but it's up to the manager to identify matches that will pass them by.

It would have been an easy choice to pick Jack or McCrorie there ahead of him today. It was a less obvious (but still correct) choice to put Holt in instead.

Needs to be a 5 man midfield next time we play them;

Holt, Docherty and Goss in the middle with Murphy and Candeias on either side

Should be this every time, we get over run in midfield by kilmanrock and Hibs nevermind celtic.

Basic fucking tactics that professional coaches don’t seem to understand despite the full forum pointing it out anytime we get pumped.

Too many players just aren't up to playing at this level.  Not enough composure or quality to handle the big games and Murty really messed up today by refusing to change things until it was too late.  We needed to kill the game just before the first half ended.  Run it into a corner, keep possession, earn a foul and slow things down, anything to keep the lead. If we were still leading at half time we would've won but our players just don't seem to have that tactical ability.  Need a better manager to help them understand the game better.  Now I got to turn all my social media off as the constant gloating begins :headwall:
