King is hoping Gerrard can turn the losers we have into winners, and again let's be honest and admit they will always be losers. Even selling players we have would only raise a few million at best and that's if we get rid of them all, nearly all our team are worth a 6 figure sum at the most. FFS, you're sounding like me. Be patient. Hard I know in that we've suffered long enough, but I see a long game being played here to our benefit. King has to move from his current position or he loses money. King does nothing without a reason. The game is on, just that he cannot and should not reveal anything at this time. King never said Gerrards only got 6million to spend mate he just said that’s what they’re looking to raise from the share issue but because it’s the only figure he mentioned people have jumped on it. Would it not have been better for DK to have said fuck all as usual. All this has done has taken the shine off the managerial appointment imo and started people worrying about budgets for the playing squad.
