He knows that at least 10 players from that misfits will have to go, he has been giving a figure a lot more than £6million and King has assured him he will get it. £6million spent on our current squad will be a waste and King knows that. There is club running costs to consider as well but we still have money from season ticket sales and the kit deal to come in as well. There is no way in hell Gerrard has come here without guaranteed funds to rebuild the sqaud. You think he and his advisors would agree to the job without them. Either Gerrard has badly misjudged just what is needed to overtake Savco or he's been poorly advised. Either way it will be more of the same next season. And by looks of it for the foreseeable future. 10 in a row is looking like the least of our worries tbh looks like King has settled for finishing second (although not this season as I doubt we will). It's been said so many times I know but I wish to fuck if the CVA rejector cannot take this great club fwd he'd look to move the club onto someone who can. We will go nowhere under this charlatan.
