it's the next 2 world cups that England set out to build teams capable of winning .

the success of their youth teams has shown they are on the right track. 

no superstars like the golden era .it's about building a team

Just for normal fouls, I mean. VAR doesn't affect that. They've clearly been told to try to manage games and keep players on the pitch and players are taking advantage at times and getting away with more cynical stuff than normal.

I think it got cynical at times when the players cottoned on to what was happening. Numerous times some things that should have been booked haven't. I don't mind a bit of argy bargy, but some of the stuff they've not been booking has been obvious, cynical breaking up of play.
