It's like giving a joiner some wet gyproc and asking him to build a cabinet. Total clearout of all first team staff is needed and that's what's happening. The quality of staff Gerrard is bringing from Liverpool is far superior to anything we've had in the past decade, they are here to make sure Gerrard can do the job and go back to Liverpool in a few years a success. Jimmy Nicholl has worked hard for several clubs since leaving Rangers whilst others it seem are professional hangers on,Jimmy Nicholl won't want any sentimentality he'll simply find himself another job.
