Absolutely, but it takes money as well. If Gerrard is properly backed I believe the tims and the league are there for the taking. We had ample chances to keep up with them but spurned them. We don't need to beat the scum in every game to win the league and we will continue to improve. Rodgers has shown his signings are dodgy and tactically he is flawed against a well organised team.
