Liam Kelly Leaves

Recommended Posts

All the best to him. With McGregor coming back it was always likely that at least one keeper would leave.

Thought he would've been given a chance at some point over the last few years. Needs to be playing at his age though. Good luck to him.

Rate him tbh he will be a decent number 1 for someone. Tough for a GK when there is 3 keepers in front of him.

Would have preferred to have punted Wes as he is no better than Alnwick.

Could have kept the young fella for a bit longer.......slightly dodgey name for a Gers player though!!  Lol!!

Aye. He has to be realistic.Good keeper but he won't have a look in now.

I went to an under 21s cup final at Love St a few years back and it went to a penalty shootout. Penalty after penalty. Seemed it would never end. Nerve wracking stuff.

It went all the way down to the keepers shooting for glory. If memory serves me right he scored against their keeper and saved the next.

Will always remember him fondly for that. Place was bouncing.

Best of luck to him. Too good to be sitting on a bench week in week out.

I thought Craig Halkett was a stand out for us that night, i'm sure Calum Paterson played for Hearts in that game and looked about 10 years older than everyone else.

He played well. I think they had about 3 players that had played for their first team that season. Still couldn't beat the mighty Rangers.
