Lawyer McGlennan has been with the governing body since 2014 but has now decided to return to private practice and will leave the SFA in late summer. He will be involved in the recruitment process for his successor before leaving Hampden.

The role was created seven years ago under Stewart Regan, the former chief executive of the SFA, and involves reviewing reported incidents from across Scottish football with a view to applying retrospective disciplinary action. The compliance officer initiates charges which are then decided upon by an independent judicial panel.

Inevitably the role attracts frequent criticism from managers, players and clubs over which incidents…

So the individual who pushed for the latest charge against Rangers & the individual who issued it have both subsequently resigned. Amazing what happens when you stand up for yourself.....

Not before time either.

Well let's hope we keep the pressure up . I am concerned he will be involved in the recruitment of his successor. We should still push to see his role in bringing charges against us.

King is playing a blinder but the corrupt bastards that have left so far are just chicken fodder. Ultimately dungcaster needs to not only fall but face charges. He has definitely been culpable of bring the Scottish game into disrepute and all of Scottish football bar the scum and scum lite needs justice.

I would prefer if King was to continue with keeping us informed via Rangers media but I guess that isn't how this works.

Was that not  Murdoch MacLennan the Rangers hating SPFL Chairman as opposed to Tony McGlennan the Rangers hating compliance officer for the SFA.

Similar names identical mindset.

Its unthinkable this being allowed to happen in any other country with 2 dominant sides.. Imagine Real Madrid taking over Spanish football in this way?

Its a measure of the taig infiltration and contamination of our football hierarchy, and whether Doncaster ignored or implemented it.. he must go.

Sometimes it’s handy to have sad obsessed supporters with nothing better to do than to troll through all the history and establish patterns.

Unfortunately most bears have jobs

I quite like a bit of history and patterns.

Particularly our own history of titles and trophies...together with the pattern of being the most successful club team in the world.

So I'm proud to be sad and obsessed. (And retired...having never been a day out of work)
