Probably shite,no seen him play in years either no idea what he’s like but I’d be concerned that he’s too wee and lightweight

Would take him for a small price. Good to have different options in the squad.

Freebie I’d take a punt and hope he’s fulfilled some potential

not keen on another loan and wouldn’t pay big cash for him either

Was reading an article on him and apparently he’s being used as a deeper lying midfielder with more defensive duties than a number 10. At the right price it’s worth a punt but I don’t think he’d be cheap.

Aye I wouldn’t want to paying much for him no convinced he’s got the physicality we need since our players are routinely booted off the park.

Players at Sporting are tearing up their contracts just now after the attack at their training ground. They are losing some very big players, and a LOT of money because of it.

If there's any truth in this then it would be a free.

I'd rather nicer designed smartcards tbh

I don’t want us signing him if he’ll be wearing the same kit Katic had on in his pics.

Depends if he rips up his contract or not he could see it as a way into the first team for them.

I’d take a punt on a free provided his wages weren’t too high

True, though if that was the case he wouldn't be coming to us. Probably just another internet rumour.

Think it was all of them and after it the Manager came out and said that the chairman had met up with the leader of the sporting ultras and organised the attack

Bas Dost isn't a 'darkie' and he was assaulted.

The President has offered to resign if they agree not to terminate their contracts.

Looks like the club president is thought to be behind the attacks :

Sporting Lisbon chaos continues as more players terminate contracts after season that ended with training ground attack

Four more Sporting Lisbon players have rescinded their contracts with the troubled Portuguese club.

Portugal internationals William Carvalho, Gelson Martins, Bruno Fernandes and Dutch striker Das Bost all filed notice with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission on Monday that they were breaking their contracts with Sporting. They all claimed "just cause" in emails sent to the commission.

Goalkeeper Rui Patricio and forward Daniel Podence already quit the team two weeks ago, while coach Jorge Jesus left Sporting and signed with Saudi club Al-Hilal last week.

The mass exit comes at the end of a tumultuous season for Sporting with clashes between players and both of the club's most radical fans and its president.

Last month, about 50 fans forced their way into the team's training center and assaulted players and staff. At least one player was injured and the club's changing room was trashed. Police detained more than 20 suspects in the hours following the incident.

Striker Bas Dost was injured in the attack

In April, outspoken president Bruno De Carvalho harshly criticized his team's performance against Atletico Madrid in the Europa League, and pointed out mistakes by individual players on social media.

The players responded by posting a joint statement defending their commitment to the club and questioning the manners of De Carvalho, saying he should support them as their "leader."

There were recent reports - all unconfirmed - blaming De Carvalho for the attacks by fans on the players and coaches. The president, who reportedly used to belong to a radical fan group, denied the accusations.

Patricio, Carvalho, Martins and Fernandes are all with Portugal in Russia getting ready for their World Cup opener against Spain on Friday.

You think if our fans attacked our players they’d rip their contracts up?

Organise a vigilante squad to target Hodson, Herrera etc

He's not been playing a lot of first team football lately, even at his loan teams.  Although I wouldn't mind if he's available on a free and don't think there will be huge competition due to his lack of first team action lately.

They tried, they got as far as the Glasgow City Doubletree and hurled a few words at them!
