Rangers keeping tabs on Barnet prospect Dwight Pascal with QPR and Reading also monitoring defender

The 17-year-old became the Bees' youngest ever player when he made his debut in the EFL Trophy at the age of just 15

It’s believed Championship duo Reading and QPR are also monitoring the youngster.

Barnet, relegated from League Two last season, want Pascal to renew his contract.

But bigger clubs are eyeing a deal which would involve training compensation rather than a transfer fee.

Should the Light Blues follow up their interest, Pascal would go straight into the development squad.

Someone with a second name for a first name and a first name for a last name fills me with fear

It's an area where we have to make the best of the regulations that work in our favour. The reality of it is that if one in ten produces us a quality first team player then we have been doing well.

Are we ever going to sign a striker?

These kind of signings need to happen... Im pretty sure Middleton will prove a shrewd one this year or next..

Why are people complaining about this? It's not even a first team signing it will have absolutely no impact on anything signing wise, it's just an extra one for the youth team.

Must be the fact that we are competing with the likes of Bayern, at that level, that makes them question their competence :pipe:

Think if we were to sine this guy it would be a caculated risk.

Coming at it from a different angle, if you get the maths right in the trigonometry, there should be no risk at all.

Hope Young's Pascal can handle the pressure and stress if he comes here.

I doubt whether he could get a measure of the pressure involved in playing for Rangers.
