I'm talking about random threads which simply appear to be fillers because the important stuff is lacking right now.

Apologies if this irks you and your borefest chums.

And if you doubt me have a wee look at likes on your opening post. Cheers now.

Regards.

Self righteous dickhead.

Hmm, not expecting too many likes to appear on that,

Just saying...........

My hero was wee Doddie, the footballer I wanted to be and based my game on,

Apparently a gentleman too, something I strive to be, except when I'm posting in the OT.

Remember quite a few years back whilst playing with the band on the evening return from  the Glasgow big walk on a quieter part of the route and there was Doddie standing watching me. ? A change from all those years I stood on the terracing watching him.

McCloy was an average keeper whom Rangers attempted to upgrade on several occasions only for the lighthouse to bounce back.

Tommy McLean’s outstanding accuracy and dead ball play put countless teams to the sword but he was a bit of a shitebag hence his nickname.

Get fucked ya daftie. Not legends??? How many ECWC medals do you have to your name then?

Not legends in my mind EER

Jusr my opinion .And I seen them play many times .Doesn't mean I didn't appreciate wee Tommy

It's that argument ..What makes a legend

If it's because they played in a cup winners cup final and won ..Then they are

What's Willie mathieson doing these days

Derek Parlane and Colin Jackson would agree with this too. Even Alex MacDonald who was a nifty wee header of the ball too. expecially in cellic games and cup finals. Mclean and MacDonald were a great combo.

Davie Cooper was a natural, but in my opinion Tommy McLean was the more intelligent footballer and his contribution on the wing was superior to Davie Cooper's om most occasions, Davie tended to save it for the bigger occasions.

did,nt like mclean  willie henderson fan, mclean was on the edge of signing for us and big bro. jim taked him out of it because of wee willie h.and tol;d him to hold on for bigger money when willie dropped out as willie was starting to get injury problems.

Wullie Wan Fit took some amount of abuse back in those days, but we’ve had worse since - a lot worse. Worse than the much-maligned Jim Denny as well.
