He'll have seen last seasons videos. But now - for real - he's seen first hand what will have to be dealt with if we are to mount a proper challenge for the title. Direct first hand experience. With that in the experience locker I'm looking forward to how he sets the team up for the rest of the season. And how he sets about motivating the players. I think he will do a great job for us. And the players brought in this season now see first hand what they are up against and what they need to do. Together - SG and this squad - we can have a great season.
