We bring in any decent players there are tosspots on here wanting to sell them right away, Iwant SG to build a squad of players who actually win some silverware before we even talk about selling. We, as a club, need to be winning and be in a position to replace any players we sell.

Guys first class.

We'll sell him down south for upwards of £8m+ I'm certain of that.

Wand of a left foot.

£35m surely mate! Put the same level of hype on our players as the cornholers from the east do!

Their left back has won titles in an unchallenged era and played in europe and got pumped regularly without going any great distance any year in the competition.

Should we have a good league tilt and make europa league groups, the club should beef the fuck out of his price tag!

A creative midfielder and an out and out striker now should complete the first 11 we are looking good and that's us playing the first two games with ten men.

Well it would be unfair to play with 11 men as we have Stevie in charge, FFS man, got to give them fuckers a chance of hope.

He looks very promising but i’m going to wait for about 10 performances rather than go full RM and declare him excellent this week then ‘pure pish’ next week ?

Can’t wait to see him again though.

That's not how this works.

Missed the game yesterday but pleased to read that the Big Man has settled in well and had a great game. Out of interest, what was his booking for? Was he living on the edge sufficiently for SG to sub him or was it more of a case of avoiding the risk of going down to 9 men?

Reasonable booking for a mistimed challenge. Made another challenge that the dodgy ref could have seen as a booking and I think with Tav on the bench it was a decent move to replace him.

Anyone with a yellow that was heavily involved in the play was at risk of a second booking

Can’t think about selling these players. We want to win stuff and get back to our rightful place at the head of the table. These are the boys that take us to the Champions League.

I hope so cause we are going to possibly have a hell of a ride through the Domestic one.

This guy is going to be a huge asset for us this season and hopefully for a few more. He ticks all the boxes and seems to realise how lucky he is to be playing to a full stadium of our fans. He'll definitely make us a very good profit as well when he does eventually leave.

Just to add...it can't be easy making your debut with a full house and everyone watching every move you make. He handled it beautifully.

Can’t believe the talk about selling these new players because they look good and we will make a profit. We’ve been in the doldrums for years and now we are building a team to compete and people want to sell them. We want to win and get to Champions League, this won’t happen if we get rid of good players. We need to be stable for a bit and eventually turn over players. We are looking better so let’s enjoy this coming season.
