There's an argument that we're seeing the results of players having concentration and focus on the more important things, but hopefully with more time a lot more gamesmanship can be added to the training sessions. Ignoring it just makes poorer teams think they can compete more easily, and gets our players injured without retribution - compliant refs know that they'll get no discomfort from deciding against Rangers, during the game or after.
