Although would prefer to get there on merit,, would take it tbh.  With and Old Firm game a few days after, and give the management team more time to secure those extra couple of signings safe in the knowledge that they are through ,, rather than waiting until after the draw with 24hrs to get them done.

While they’ll almost certainly get visas, can you imagine the meltdown from the taigs if they didn’t? Meaning we wouldn’t have to play the Thursday before the old firm and they did? It would be all conspiracy theories of the British government helping us out ?

I would love for this to happen. I dont think it will, but there has been cases recently re athletes and UK visas - and we are not on the best of terms with Russia at the moment either...

Hopefully this happens so we don't need to go to Russia. They had a guy who couldn't get a visa to compete at the European games and he would imagine that they would have had more time than this team. Why did they not have them applied for before the game incase they got through
