I don't regret him moving on as he's never a lone striker and isn't the type of player we need at the moment. But, he was always enthusiastic about our club and it's good to see him doing well. There's very little difference between league 1 & 2. The reason why you get a lot of shock results it's usually down to the amount of games, as well as the amount of youngsters on loan from Championship sides. The pace is much slower than Scottish football, and about half the sides in the division would make Aberdeen look like a side who play good football. Top 3 league 1 sides would arguably push for top 4 in the SPFL, but the rest of them are cannon fodder and the equivalent to the Hamiltons etc of our league. Never going to be a first choice but we can’t keep playing Morelos for 95 mins a game. He’ll score goals against your Livingstons and St Mirrens and in the earlier cup rounds.
