My big mate hasn't responded to my texts about his Bannsiders losing their manager to the Buddies. I thought he might have stayed to win the title he nearly won last season..plus he was overlooked for that Stubbs after interviewing for it previously..oh well..

My big mate is the pragmatic and sensible sort. As he says at nearly 200k a year for 3 years and getting away from part time football couldn't really be knocked back...

A step backwards.

Coleraine are probably a bigger team than St Midden...

Is that the kind of salary he’d be on at St Mirren mate?

Surprised to see such a positive thread about a 'taig' from Northern Ireland, ex-blues player or not.

You sound like a bigot here, we have left that stuff behind mate.

Decent dosh for them, bit of a risk though after bagging Stubbs so quickly, couple of St Mirren supporters have ideas way above their station and never took to Stubbs cos they didn't think he would help them reach their potential:lol:

Aye, total no mark cunts from a depressing town that is desperate to be a city.

Apologies to any Paisley Bears this may offend, local rivalry that is all.

Work in paisely and surrounding area alot these days mate. It's probably more "diverse" than Glasgow. It's also just a dirty shithole in general.

Plenty of good Bears in paisley and the surrounding areas mate more than likely more Rangers fans in paisley than st Mirren fans

paisley is a shithole though,  can’t disagree with that and has its fair share of tarrier and snp scum bringing it down.

I dunno if I'd ever describe moving to Paisley as "going onto bigger things," to be honest.
