Training

I feel sorry for Rossiter and I'm glad he has been given a big chance by our club - but I do not see it being good he's being part of our plans unless the problems he had have a cause which has been corrected.

What happens if Rossiter does become fit, and suddenly he's an important player for us for a few games then bang, fucked again. Now we have to find a way round it, get other players in there used to playing with each other to take over from him.

I personally don't think it's worth it unless something has definitely been corrected and cannot resurface.

If you had the choice, would you stick with a £30'000 car which broke down so much you could hardly use the thing, or would you go for a £12'000 car which you know would hardly break down?

Yours truly called this ?

He's been training ready for a couple of weeks, but SG didn't want him rushed.

Further, this injury was different from his previous.

If your looking for guarantees in life you're fucked matey, no such thing.

In my view he is worth giving time for now and lets see him play, if he plays the way he can he will shine, if he gets injured again then time to cut the cord.

Rossiter has surely got to be running out of chances with us, been here for two seasons and played 11 games.

Looks a player but made of glass

For me this should be his last season if he can't stay fit and get a run of games in.

The injury that he had this season wasn’t the same one he had in previous seasons. It was an impact injury he picked up in training.

Dorrans has had one injury.

‘This Albanian’ also had one injury, which he’s recovered from.

You are very suspect.

Dorrans has been injured for months. The Albanian hasn't played since May. You are very suspect

You realise that the decision is completely out of our hands.

He has a contract.

Yes but we can pay him off if absolutely necessary. It's not ideal I know

By the end of this season he'll have 1 year left on his deal. If he only manages another couple of games then we should be looking to re-invest the money he's being paid elsewhere.

I hope he can put the injury record behind him and go on a run. But we have to be ready to make tough choices if he can't
