It's from the end of the last game to the start of the next.

Yes, so 48 hours after a Thursday night game would take you to Saturday night around 10pm, which would mean Sunday at 12pm would be the earliest we could kick off.

Fuck no, the SPFL will have us playing at 22:05 and stop all transport to the game.

Are you suggesting the owuld be sensible?

what about both semis at hampden on same day - one 12.30pm kick off (hibs and hearts) and allowing for extra time and penalties, the other a 3pm kickoff (us and them)  - what could possibly go wrong

This seems like the only option, although I think it’s more likely to be 12 noon and 5.30 kick offs or something like that, there will have to be a bigger gap between kick off times to ensure supports have as little chance clashing as possible.

Don’t really see any other option, unless they move our game against Killie to the Thursday night perhaps.

Or use Murrayfield.

Got St Mirren early on the Saturday

Never going to happen, public transport will be swamped along with pubs and clubs around the ground and town. Monday night fixture looks interesting.

There’s not a chance they’re having two games at Hampden on the one day! Especially with there being a very high possibility of it being Hearts & Hibs the other two teams!

If they go with neutral venues, am pretty sure Rangers can refuse to let our ground be used. It would be an absolute disaster. Would you want any one of those rotten mobs to sit in your seat?

They wouldn’t use Ibrox & Hampden for two high profile games in the same day anyway

In 03/04 Barcelona had a dispute with The LFP over their opening game against Sevilla and were told to play their game on a Sunday so they kicked it off at 10 past midnight on the Sunday morning ?
