We don’t have all of the players, no, but we certainly have a few. Our problem is obviously the midfield. It’s clear to see. We only have Arfield for me who would be classed as more than ‘an option’ for the midfield three. That’s not good enough. Ejaria and Coulibaly for example, yeah, they’re not the worst players we’ve had, but they should never be starting week in week out for a top Rangers team. We have many players who are still improving and will step up. Tav, shite tonight, never a captain, but he’s got something, Middleton will improve, Alfredo needs to learn, Goldson is a good defender, McGregor the best keeper we’ve had for years. Almost every player was superb and the manager could do no wrong. We are a very average side in a very average league. We struggle almost every week against shite. As for fuckin Morelos , i can only assume most on here have never seen a good striker playing for us if this guy is the new messiah. His petulence would have been knocked out of him months ago by a Souness or Smith , this manager sees it every week and fails to act on it. Strong defensive teams hate direct fast passing. We setup up to pass sideways and isolate Morelos and practically play without a left side of the team. Gerrard fucked that and questions need to asked to him of what the fuck was his thinking. Dropping anyone from Sunday after the effort, performance and quality is just terrible management ad those players would have been buzzing for tonight. We need someone we can call on when Morelos isn't on his game ( which realistically he can't be all season long) Games like this will happen and we need someone reliabe on the bench we can sub him for. We need Barasic fit and playing, we need someone better in midfield than Colibally and Ejaria. We are obviously nowhere near the finished article, but tonight isn't the end of the world.
