It is not a good feeling mate, but it usually only lasts until someone else posts more shite that you have just done yourself.

The one I'm hoping to be wrong about is my prediction that Hardie will out-score Defoe this season if he goes back to Livi, that would mean Defoe would score a good few goals.

Me neither. I'm sometimes mistaken but NEVER wrong! :p:

As I tell her indoors "I'm always right, even when I'm wrong I'm right ok"

Usually get a roll of the eyes and told to shut up tbf:lol:

I have read your post a few times mate and I am not sure how to respond to be honest  I think I will wait until the end of the month to see where Hardie is playing and how well Defoe has started before commenting.

I can only assume it got more difficult off camera mate

I hope this move works out for all involved, could be a good challenge for him to get his teeth into and turn it back on a bit.

Worst case scenario just having a reasonably big name sign helps bring our clubs stature further out the mire and help attract better younger players in the future and perhaps even a wee coaching role when he hangs the boots up.

Gerrard clearly thinks fitness will not be an issue.

I don't think Defoe will start many games but he is a great player to introduce when your striker tires. He holds the English Premier League record for goals scored as a substitute (24) so makes a top class substitute for Morelos.

Who is the fan in the pic mate, Jack was having a look to make sure he was not a taig I think. We have to remember Jack is a protestant of high regard. :pipe:

I hope it is a fan otherwise our signing policy is getting ridiculous.
