Reformation Bear 6,453
The photo posted on the Club website to introduce SG's post match comments is brilliant. SG glowering at someone / defence? and with fingers pointed to his brain as if to say 'now fucking well concentrate'. Moody Blue 9,346
Despite overall results this season and the knee jerk reactions to defeat, this season HAS seen progress. He just needs to stop tinkering and find a settled team so it was naive and silly (in hindsight) to change the 11 that beat the mhanks barring any injuries. More so when we all know how Kilmarnock play on that pitch, wrong team picked and led to the defeat.

We've had almost a decade of mis management in the football club, both on and off the park. It's going to take more that 6 months to sort out. So imo he has done a tremendous job so far. I don't have the IT skills to capture the photo so thanks for posting it. In the current list of articles in the Rangers website the photo loses its impact as its been cropped and the article with SG's text of the interview uses a different photo (less dramatic imo). Grundy 731
I think he's the right man for the job of getting us back to where we should be, you can tell he really cares and it's not just lip service in his interviews. I just wonder if the Kilmarnock game has shown him that we need to bully and dominate teams physically before we can exploit our superior skills, I.e. leaving out McCrorie for Davis was a mistake, as was trying to shoehorn Defoe into the team, in which case maybe he made a mistake in bring them here. Time will tell I suppose. markem and BlueAvenger
evenstevens 890
Jermain Defoe is here for 18 months. He'll get time on the pitch, he'll get his chance. For now, he must wait. Same again please. Blumhoilann
Ross-Gazza genius 1,902
He says the word "consistency" but that also needs to happen with the team selection and formation.
bluenoz 30,688
Tinkering with the team was necessary when we were in Europe. No need to change a winning team now.

Popular Post Bakbear 3,580
Defoe is a great back up to Alfie. Davis can come in to relieve Arfield. Until either of those players win the jersey on merit they should be on the bench. Morelos is too greedy to play in a two upfront. Unless the other guy is Mark Hateley. Last night was our best team given the players we have available. Put Goldson in for Worrall and we are good as a starting eleven. The rest are back ups SeparateEntityMyArse, jintybear, terry739 and 2 others
Courtyard Bear 41,357
We should be able to change formation and 2-3 players and still keep that consistentency. I still think the Killie games ends completely different if Worral doesn’t sell the jerseys.
