The only team in the world to be referee'd three times

Once by the ref

Once by the media

Once by the compliance officer

Aye but it's the same for all clubs. There's parity, no bias.

So some on here actually believe.

Whats happened with the hibs lad has made it a new ball game IMO

IF Thomson told the panel he didn't see the incident then why is he booking the player

IF he did and says he made a error and it should of been red.

Then what happens when a ref or assistant makes a error in game Offside missed etc that leads to a goal or whatever are we gonna look at it on a monday morning and disallow it?

Spot on, it’s a can of worms, prompted by Rogers highlighting the incident in his post match interview...

Will we ever play another league game that doesn't involve the fucking compliance officer

Seems to be heading that way, if we are going to be winning anything it will be of our own doing despite being tripped up at every corner by these cunts.

Correct

Absolutely correct. There is a shite splattered microscope zooming on us, & McGregor is entitled to protect himself once the ball is safe. He can't use his hands coz they're busy.

All I want to know is.

What is  our club going to do about the total pap that has been thrown at our club once again by other clubs and press. Or is it just gonna be the usual sit on our hands and say nothing.  If so as fans we really should be chasing club 1872 to be more proactive.

Like when they show a clip of the previous nights "ladies football" on breakfast TV and there is ABSOLUTELY NO CUNT in the stands watching. They could fill that few seconds with the latest darts or snooker or fucking whatever - something that actually has an audience.

It's funny how the BBC put up, England did this , or ManC did that on the football section without mentioning it's the distaffs. Catches me every time.

If that match isn’t on TV, there’s no fuss about McGregor

Walker and Sky made that a thing, wouldn’t even have been shown on a highlights package had they not decided to point it out and have a lengthy discussion about it which then gave the media something to run with on it

Exactly. The system is a nonsense and clearly disadvantages us as the team televised most often (jointly with them but they have the media influence)

The scum game wasn't on tv and that still made it's way to the CO attention. Largely due to the Hivs player foul on Izzaguerre all over the press and being highlighted by Rodgers at the scum presser for Sunday's game. The msm / press failed to highlight 3 scum incidents which lo and behold nothing has been mentioned or followed up since by the CO.

Trial by scum supporting media leads to punishments. Deliberate ignoring scum incidents get them off scot free.

Is the compliance officer a qualified referee? If not, how is she qualified to decide which incidents to look at?

I'm starting to get fucked off with our games getting refereed twice. It's time the club made a stand. How can the CO ignore the tims offences yet we get hammered again. Enough is enough!

Email from them today.

Dear Member,

A number of members have been in contact with Club 1872 asking for assistance in challenging the prevailing Scottish media narrative on the club, players and supporters. This has been accentuated recently following skewed and at times blatantly dishonest BBC Scotland coverage of our games on Sportscene and Sportsound.

Club 1872 frequently lodges complaints over skewed media reporting and has done so again in relation to recent coverage. However, the more that individual supporters take the time to highlight bias, inconsistency or inaccuracy, the more likely it is that change can be brought about. With that in mind we have written some guidance for supporters who do wish to take practical action over this issue.

The guidance linked below details steps that supporters can take to raise issues with both BBC Scotland and commercial media organisations and the commercial press. These approaches differ in process and likely effect but they will all be effective over time if enough supporters are willing to engage in the process and show the patience required.

The detail is meant as a reference for supporters, the relevant part of which can be used whenever necessary. It is broken down by organisation, or organisation type where the process is the same.

You can access the guidance using this link:

Is there a compliance officer in the English Premier League?

The more I think about it, the concept of a single person (even worse, an unqualified person) having the authority to pick and choose what incidents are cited and imposing bans after a match is fucking bonkers. The lack of consistency in the decisions she is reaching is staggering.
