Would I dare to suggest wearing yellow vests?

Cunt of a colour up here, but a big fucking statement these days and grabs the headlines.

or Rainbow Flags guaranteed to garner support and make front page headlines -- wonder if the UB's will join the VB's for this - may swell the numbers?

They would indeed. However, as we know, they would be cited by the media as being sectarian.

Making up an offence about the colour orange is a prejudice against us and we shouldn’t bow to their misrepresentation of facts. It’s things like this we need to call them out on and if fans want to wear Orange for King Billy or any other cultural reason then we need to do it without cowering to these bigots.

An orange vest protest is just perfect as again it highlights the selectarianism where the PUL can’t celebrate our culture without the offended jumping on the bandwagon yet all things from Southern Ireland is acceptable.

hopefully the leaders of VB think about an orange vest protest

Monday jury: Should Hamilton have had a penalty?

That headline along with video is actually front page news on the BBC sport website lol.

Clear for all to see

For the high boot then yes it’s should have been a yellow and a pen but a discussion not for this page apart from the agenda you have correctly pointed out.

Puts them in a bit of a dilemma.

Does their boycott extend to the supporters and the demo organiser? They won’t talk to Rangers but what about Rangers supporters?

Or do they just shut the windaes and pretend it’s not happening?

Be good to get on to the roof and chuck an effigy of Gollum down to the car park

You are correct, but LBH, they make up offences against us when we don't even do anything. Innuendo and lies being their fayre to demonise us, we don't need orange vests for that.

The idea is also to garner support from both within our ranks and outwith. As you know from my posts in the other thread, there are many within our very own who have disdain for the OO for God knows what reasons, but to be clear, our culture and traditions are also under threat from within, as you see quite readily from posts in here. Some are only too ready and willing for us to be sullied into submission.

It matters not to them the words being changed and cleaned up in the Tommy Burns melody or those from the Orange song shert, they simply want them gone.

I proposed the yellow vests because it is very current and very powerful in it's imagery and it's message, in what it has become to mean accross the planet. The oppressed fighting back against the tyranny of the establisment. Not dissimilar in the principles of the glorious revolution itself.

This was posted on FF today but now taken down, shower of complete arseholes. Forum for knicker wetters and tampon users.

That is disgraceful, we need this as well publicised as possible.
