Should he be punted That's not the only aspect of his job. He's responsible for the full day-to-day running of the football operations. Recruitment team identify potential targets. Allen and recruitment team narrow it down. Gerrard and Allen narrow it down further. I do not know who is recruiting or if it's a partnership between the manager and Allen. Poor: Davis, Lafferty, Barisic, Coulibaly, Ejaria, Grezda, Flanagan, Sadiq Average: Goldson, Murphy, McAuley, Katic, Worrall Good: Kamara, Kent, Arfield, Defoe Excellent: McGregor I think I've been kind, and maybe players like Lafferty are being a little hard done by due to the system and refusal to change it due to Morelos having to be the lone striker.
