Despite the linesman and the ref seeing lots and him being the instigator the only person punished was Halliday with a second yellow. Quite how no official deemed mongo face worthy of another yellow is typically mystifying. On the other hand a yellow can only be rescinded if its mistaken identity or simulation hence Halliday and Candeias ridiculous cards had to stand.
