I think the last time the pitch was lowered it couldn't go any lower due to drainage/water table,but there might be a modern way to sort that. Tour guide in Ibrox the other week told us Ed House will be a fan zone/retail area first 2 floors and a museum top floor with the ticket office being incorporated in there somewhere as well. Also got told we’re selling part of the Albion car park to a housing company/ council.Not sure about that though as thought the Albion was part of the deal for the Club Deck to get planning.
