Courtyard Bear 41,357
So they don’t buy it back and then it’s up to them to sell it, you only get the money if it’s sold. Thats a touch shite.

16BlueSherbert90 19,223
I don't sell mine back to Club purely due to being told about this. I just sell to friends if my daughter or her friends not using it.

I have done this a couple of times with other tickets we have, but never thought to follow it up to be honest! Now that I think about it, I thought it came off the following years season ticket, but all of them are the same price according to the renewal. j1mgg 3,766
From what I have heard, you don't even get face value if it is sold.

I thought I might be missing the Hibs and celtic games. You get £17 for Hibs, and £30 for celtic, but it's only if the game is a sell out. So if your seat is bought and the game doesn't sell out you get nothing.

Turns out a junior bought my seat so I got a fiver off next season's.......wow wee!

It isn't the fault of RFC that you can't go to the game and that the ground isn't a sell-out. Why not just give it to someone or sell it on yourself? Ferris Bueller 1,569
Had a £15 discount when I renewed today for the buy back, nice surprise as I hadn't been advised at the time that it had been re-sold.
StewGer 606
I only done it once this season and once last. Somebody bought it both times. Guess I've been lucky.

.Williamson. 82,177
Think they should email you to let you know it’s been bought but aside from that I think it’s a decent thing to have as an option RFC55, Bearsden bear, CooperSF and 1 other
Inigo 32,526
Used it several times and it's been fine. They could maybe tweak it so that if it's not been sold 24hrs before the game you can reactivate it and do something else with it.
